This year, the judges recognised Heywood’s Video Engage solution, which harnesses the power of the Money Alive’s Video Canvas, to transform traditional pension communications by delivering complex financial information through engaging video content, tailored to each member's individual circumstances. This approach enhances member understanding and engagement with their pension benefits.
The award highlights Heywood’s successful delivery of enhanced video member experiences for clients such as North East Scotland Pension Fund, Gwynedd Pension Fund, and the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham Pension Fund.
Sian Jones, CEO of Heywood, said:
“We’re absolutely delighted to win this award for the third consecutive year, and even more proud that it recognises the impact of Video Engage. Together with our partners at Money Alive, we’re redefining how pension schemes connect with their members. It’s a fantastic achievement and a testament to the incredible work of our teams."
Andy Kirby, CEO of Money Alive, said:
Partnering with Heywood over the past three years has been a genuinely collaborative journey, driven by a sense of mission and our shared passion for delivering better outcomes for members. We’re delighted that this work has been recognised on an international stage, and it’s a real honour to stand alongside Heywood as they celebrate a well deserved hat-trick of wins.”
The European Pensions Awards celebrate the organisations that set the highest standards in serving European pension funds. The Technology Provider of the Year category specifically honours companies that are leading the way with digital tools and services that enable innovation, compliance, and better member engagement.
This latest win follows a string of accolades for Heywood, as the business continues to lead the way in transforming the pensions landscape through data-driven solutions and member-first technology.
