Heywood

Heywood, a leading provider of pension technology solutions, has reached another major milestone in its support for the Pensions Dashboards Programme, having now connected over 100 pension schemes to dashboards through its ISP (Integrated Service Provider) solution.

The achievement comes as the industry prepares for the mandatory connection deadline of 31 October 2026 and follows Heywood’s earlier announcement in February that its ISP was now providing connection services to over 10 million members.

As a Pathfinder organisation and having been involved with Pensions Dashboards since the first proof of concept in 2016, Heywood continues to play a leading role in supporting the development and testing of the Dashboards infrastructure. Its ISP was amongst the first to begin testing with the Pensions Dashboards Programme’s central digital architecture and is now one of the most established dashboard connectivity services in the market.

Chris Connelly, Chief Strategy Officer of Heywood said: “We’re proud to continue supporting the Pensions Dashboards Programme and to be playing an active role in shaping its development and success. We remain committed to helping the industry prepare for what will be a transformational step in member engagement. Surpassing 100 scheme connections is a significant milestone and a reflection of the trust schemes place in our solution. We’re continuing to onboard our customers and provide them with a clear, managed path to compliance. For those yet to act, now is the time to start your journey and get connected.”

Heywood’s Pensions Dashboards ISP is designed to make the process of connecting to the Pensions Dashboards ecosystem simple, secure and compliant. It supports schemes of all sizes with full managed onboarding, robust data integration and end-to-end testing.
